In profile: Sweden's Erik Hamrén

In the latest of a series of videos profiling the coaches at UEFA EURO 2012, Sweden's Erik Hamrén speaks to UEFA.com about his team-building philosophy transferring from club to international football. "Sometimes I get questions about if I treat players differently, and my answer is, yes, I want to treat all players differently," he tells UEFA.com. "I want to try and do that as much as possible, to get out as much as possible from the individual, so that he can then make the team as good as possible."
